Claudia Fabella at Manhattan School of Music Summer Program
Stepping into her first lead role was one of the highlights of Claudia Fabella's summer at the Manhattan School of Music Summer Musical Theatre Program. Cast as Cinderella in Rodgers and Hammerstein's Cinderella, she embraced the challenge with confidence, discovering the trust, collaboration, and joy that come from bringing a production to life as part of a dedicated cast and crew.
Throughout the rehearsal process, Claudia found herself growing not only as a performer but also as a collaborator. Although leading a production came with responsibility, she felt supported by her fellow actors, directors, and technical crew, allowing her to fully enjoy the creative process and celebrate a successful final performance.
Beyond the stage, the program introduced Claudia to a vibrant community of talented young musicians and performers. Music electives and audition preparation classes gave her the opportunity to work alongside instrumentalists from across the orchestra while refining her audition repertoire through peer feedback and professional guidance—valuable experiences as she continues pursuing musical theatre.

The rehearsal process was such a joy to be a part of, and although I knew I had many people counting on me, I never felt overwhelmed or stressed out. I felt secure in my place and trusted all of my cast members and tech crew to produce an amazing show."
Made possible through an Anthony Quinn Foundation Theatre Scholarship, Claudia's summer at Manhattan School of Music strengthened her performance skills, expanded her artistic community, and gave her new confidence as she continues her journey in musical theatre.
