Grace is a passionate performer who loves singing and acting, but her true joy lies in storytelling through song. She strives to continuously improve and leave a lasting impression on her audience. In 2018, she had a life-changing experience attending the Great American Songbook Academy in Indiana. Initially, she was somewhat shy and awkward, but the academy transformed her into a motivated and empowered individual. Surrounded by aspiring singers with dreams of performing on Broadway, Grace found the energy contagious and formed lifelong friendships. It was during this time that she discovered her love for performing songs from the era and the significance of conveying the story and characters through her performances.
Learning about the Broadway Artists Alliance College Intensive in NY presented another exciting opportunity for Grace to delve deeper into the jazz era and explore timeless iconic songs. She sees this as a chance to enhance her self-confidence on stage and forge new relationships with fellow performers. Grace aspires to grow both as a person and as a performer through this experience, expanding her repertoire and honing her skills.
